Shipping policy 

• Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $39 (not including promotions).
• Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 3~5 business days after the order is placed using USPS, UPS or any major carrier to ensure the timely delivery. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders (for orders under $39).
• We also offer expedited shipping at additional costs.
• We do ship to the Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico at the current time.

• Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Dae by Day assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
• Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. allows for returns and exchanges of unused and unopened products up to 14 days after the item has arrived (based on tracking information). Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
