We're offering free shipping for all USA orders over $29. The order must total $29 after any discounts are applied and before taxes are added. 

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.Momolia ships from the Northeastern USA.

Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order. 

Any promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday, most notably) are final and these orders are not eligible for return or refund. Other promotions will detail the return policy in any related announcements via e-mail and/or social media.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Momolia allows for returns and exchanges of unused and unopened products up to 14 days after the item has arrived (based on tracking information). Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We will do our best to process order cancellation or exchanges but our ability to do so depends on if the order has sent to the warehouse. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24 hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.

All of our products come straight to us from Taiwan or Japan, or from Korean and Japanese-inspired beauty brands from around the world.
